To maintain at an internationally accepted quality level and to assure it’s consistency and improvement, the company operates on the basis of accredited ISO 22000 and IFS systems, sustained and supported by professional knowledge and expertise of our QA staff. Being one of the major participants of this market, SAHRA®
operates with two factories in Turkey. Our experienced staffs are responsible for the daily buying activities, market watch and supplying situation besides the processing of our products. The raw materials which are carefully picked and selected are sent to the factories to be processed and packed.
Our factory are well equipped with the latest technology machines and equipment which are designed to wash, process, dry and clean the fruit to accomplish the best quality products.
Logistic is one of the main profession of SAHRA® by the ability of well experienced staff for “just in time policy”. All orders are organizing by the logistic department of SAHRA® from the first stage of the production until delivery. SAHRA® mainly operates it’s deliveries from Izmir and Mersin ports to the world markets with the agreed terms and conditions. The most common shipping lines have been contracted with the best freight rates and conditions to decrease the costs of businesses. The custom brokerage and documentation are directed by our staff in order to solve any possible problem on time. Our staff is educated to find out the most suitable transportation way for the advantage of our buyers. Logistic success is one of the major reasons of expanding our business volume permanently. Providing and developing quality is our duty. We realize this as a team work. With continues research and development studies, we are in permanent amendment and preventive activities. We train our suppliers/farmers to provide appropriate raw material and auxiliary materials. We provide internal and external trainings to make our staff experts in their fields. Producing according to the international quality standards and customer satisfaction is our duty.
During the production, all our personnel are working under ISO 22000 and IFS rules and procedures. Everybody has a written mission description which is created by the related department manager.
